Accuracy Guarantee

We guarantee the accuracy of our tax preparation services based on the information provided by you. If an error is found due to our mistake, we will correct it at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

  • All Fees Are Non-Refundable: Once services have been provided, all payments are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Errors & Amendments: If an amendment is required due to our error, we will correct it free of charge. If a correction is needed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, additional fees will apply.

Rejection & Non-Filing

If your tax return is rejected due to an issue outside of our control (e.g., missing or incorrect client-provided information), we will assist in resolving the issue, but no refunds will be issued.

Audit Support

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee acceptance by the IRS or state agencies. Audit support services are available for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you choose to cancel services after work has begun but before filing, a cancellation fee may apply based on the work already completed.

  • No refunds will be issued once a tax return has been filed or once bookkeeping or business consulting services have been rendered.
